DESSERT: Royal Frosting

Servings: Decorates at least 2 Dozen Cookies

  • 2 cups confectioners powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp water
  • Optional: lemon or rosewater essence
  • Optional: food coloring
  • Mix
  • Put mixture in pastry bag and decorate
  • Note: this is a fast dry and hard frosting used to do detailed decorating work (for Gingerbread men, etc) - work fast!
